Founded by Lois Holder, a trusted name in financial services for over 30 years, Keyholder Mortgages is built on one simple promise: to treat every client like family. Lois began her career in 1990 at Abbey National (now Santander), supporting clients across London, Essex, and Suffolk. Since then, she’s become known for her clear, friendly approach and her unwavering commitment to helping people make confident financial decisions.
After a career break to raise her family, Lois returned to the industry in 2017 with Essex Lending Solutions. In 2022, she followed her passion for delivering truly personal advice and launched Keyholder Mortgages Ltd — a service rooted in care, trust, and professionalism.
In early 2025, the business proudly became a family-run company when Lois’s son, Harry, joined the team after gaining his CeMAP qualifications. Together, Lois and Harry bring a unique blend of experience, fresh insight, and family values to every client relationship.
